I've been to that store in Oxford St, London. It's very nice similar to Marshall Fields or even Bloomingdales.

Some of those things would be non-functional-hate to see that shoe shaped washer dryer with an unbalanced load!How are you going to sew with that shoelike sewing machine?Same with washing dishes and such in the shoe shaped sink assembly?Appliances for folks with foot and shoe fetishes!

Did somebody say Marshall Fields (RIP)? Selfridges was founded by a Mr. Selfridge who was an exec at Field's oddly enough.
