This one is a true beauty. I put the same one in a restaurant I was a chef at. Outstanding cleaning and rinsing. The machine will need a 40f rise booster heater for use with 140f water to get the rinse temp to 180f required for sanitizing. The GE built motor while noisy is very reliable and easy to fix.
