Storage of a jet action washer

Would it be harmful to a Frigidaire jet action washer to store it in a garage (not hooked up for use) which is not heated or cooled, so temps could get to 90 or higher in the summer and below freezing in the winter? Not in direct sun, just temperature variation. Anything that should be done to prepare it for storage?

I used to completely dry the fill-valve out and add anti-freeze to the pump. Best to make sure you don't have mice moving in for the winter. They love to turn wires into nests.

perfect advice just what id say and what I do too. am in st louis and it gets hot and real cold too but it works, just make sure you keep the mice out for sure, those little bastards

Definitely invest in a couple of mousetraps and keep 'em nearby.  Unbelievable what kind of damage those rotten little rodents can do!
