I am venturing out in my new area, trying to find some good thrift stores. Today I found the instructions/cookbook for a 1952 Sunbeam Cooker & Deep Fryer. It's in excellent condition.

Free to whomever "needs" it. :-)

Oh, and they had a lot of older Hoover & Eureka vac bags. If anyone is looking for a specific kind, just let me know. I'll check to see if they have them. I know that they had some C, D, and some Eureka Convertible bags but I don't remember much else.

Just e-mail me direct.

I'll bet it's the one my dad tossed out when he bought mom that deep fryer/cooker in 1952 here in Idaho. My dad always tossed instruction manuals. Who knew it would end up in Wisconsin?

Too funny!

You guys crack me up!

Well, no one wants it so it goes into the pile of "things to keep in case of......". That pile keeps growing and growing and growing, etc!

Spoken for.........

It has been claimed by a member and will be on it's way once I get their address!

The movers came on 12/26 to start packing my house up and they got it done and we moved into the new house on 12/30. My husband got transferred (again) but this time it was too far away for him to commute. We are just about 6 miles north of the IL border and about 10 miles from Kenosha and 15 from Lake Geneva.

It's been fun learning a new area and we are only about 45 minutes from Milwaukee and about 1 hour from Madison so those both make great weekend trips.

Ah yes, the Point Place area. If you run into the Formans, say hi for us.
