I am responding to my thread regarding my pump issue on my 1983-1984 Whirlpool washer. I am going to keep it . I will fix it eventually. To gyrofoam the Speed Queen lasted 8 months and my dad was fed up on moving day he threw it in the alley for the trash. Had I known then what I know now I would have begged him to fix it. Anyways can you great people tell me the years on these appliances. I am going to try to get the Kenmore Dryer this week I KNOW it's a beast of a dryer. The other Kitchen Aid is in my garage and the other dryers out in the junkyard. I couldn't get them. Thank you all.
