Was refreshing my memory of the Fanny carving method:



and then I came across the very(!) early Mary Berry video. It was like an early Christmas present!

Garden Pruners for a Turkey Breast ???

That was a little much. I thought she was doing fine until the Breast Meat.

Way too much snipping and clipping. Just bone out the breast off the Rib Cage and slice. Much easier IMO.
