I had three people helping me all day and we completely repainted and stained the screened porch inside and out, eight gallons of finish in three different colors.

I could never see why anyone would throw away a paint brush or even a roller cover when you can clean them for less than 50 cents in a Front Load or Calypso washer.

We also used a Wagner air-less paint sprayer which I had to wash by hand.

Ha!  Good idea, but I could never bring myself to put paint brushes in my Neptune.

If I had an extra "garage washer" for rags I would do it.

Good brushes are expensive and worth preserving no matter how you clean them.  I've seen people treat expensive brushes as one-time disposables because they were too lazy or didn't know how to clean them.

John, you are truly a madman, LOL! I'm sure the Calypso gave those brushes and rollers a lot of nice bouncy wash action in plenty of water--but I wouldn't want them tumbling around in a circa-2019 HE front loader.[this post was last edited: 7/30/2019-17:43]
