My cousin has one ,loves it, no issues, and does more laundry now than she ever did. Her's is a Horizontal Axis machine, I have a Duet with tilted drum works fine but not so great on really big loads, tangling & rinse problems mostly.
Let us know how it works for you, nice pics, wish you all the best with your new purchase.
Cheers :)

The GE front loaders are made in China by Little Darling. Not Samsung and absolutely not LG.The beginner models are made by Frigidaire. They (GE) just introduced a new set of front loaders that are a bit upscale from their previous line. I have had numerous customers who bought them from HD when I worked there and they have had no issues at all.Just be sure to:

1. Check all pockets in slacks, shorts, shirts and dresses for change or anything that Could get stuck in the pump and cause a service call
2. Use only HE or lo sudsing detergents.
3. When washing bedspreads, lay the spread on the floor and grab it from the center. Feed it in like you would a pin or screw into the opening. This helps to eliminate the load going off balance. It also helps to keep a more uniform wash and rinse.
4. Check the "button catcher" which is the small door at the right side bottom. Put a bowl underneath to catch any loose water and remove the small cylinder by turning it counter clockwise. Inside, there may be a small amount of lint and anything that may have been in pockets or in the pile picked up accidentally or unknowingly. This really helps to eliminate any service calls.
5. LEAVE THE DOOR WIDE OPEN AFTER YOU'RE FINISHED DOING WASH FOR THE DAY!!! Most people who are not as familiar with the front loaders have a bad habit of closing the washer after use and wonder why, after waiting a full week to do the next load(s)with the door tightly shut, why there is this bad smell inside. Hello!! Anybody home??!! If you had a vacation home and were closing it down for the season, would you leave the refrigerator turned off with the doors closed? Same principle. When there is humidity inside an area that is air tight and closed, it has nowhere to escape or evaporate. In order to remove or allow the excess humidity to evaporate, you must leave the washer door open.It not only helps keep the humidity from stagnating but also keeps the washer interior smelling fresh and clean.

I have this machine

I got it for a steal at Home Depot. I also have the matching dryer too. Both do a great job. No issues with it so far.

Little Darling?

Really? Odd name for a company out of China! (LOL)

GE doesn't produce these themselves?

How sad!

I thought GE was making their own stuff now.
