ASKING $175 for pair.

Early '60s Maytags I acquired separate from each other.
TA702 Washer and DG701 Dryer.
Washer leaks some gear oil. Dryer does not have a pilot assembly, or "gas door". I belive Combo52 knows how to retro fit the later model electronic ignition to fit this machine. I have had these machines about 10 years or so. I have never tried these machines, but other than pilot assembly they are all there, and appear to be good candidates for restoration. These are located in Port Jervis NY.

I love the knobs on the washer and dryer!

Does the washer stop in between the pre-wash and soak cycle and the soak and wash cycle? Does anyone have a pic of the cycle sequence for the washer? Lucky you for having such a wonderful set!

I have never run any of these machines. Not so lucky, in reality. I am not able to
keep them and do what I had planned from the time I had bought them. Hoping
someone will purchase and repair/restore.

Sorry to here that. I wish things could have turned out differently for you. Hopefully they can be restored to full. They are a beautiful set.
