Happy Easter to all.

Todays pic is what got my interest peaked in automatic washers. That is the exact washer that my grandmother had. I remember it used to spin for a bit after the wash, stop, and then start to spin again after a few minutes. What was the logic behind this action? It did not do that after the final rinse. And I do think that it had a real fast spin speed.

I remember the buttons on the right...Off-Hot-Warm-Water Saver.

Brings back so many great memories....

Gary, we had the exact model, except ours didn't have the FF. I found out recently here the model we had was a "special" dealer configuration. The pause between spinning functions allowed the suds in the outter tub to "calm" down some before the machine finished the spin between the wash & rinse.
