Oh, I bought one in 2007 and still have it, it's a nice conversation piece, everybody wonders why I have it on the bookshelf!
Anyway I never used it with water as mine leaks!

Same but with a silver set! washer does leak and drum does not turn!

Ii took an old plastic milk carton and cut some pieces off of it to make fins for mine. I used superglue and had to hold each one straight until it began to bond. They really make a difference in the wash action.

ive got a rare one!
mine has a watertank behind teh filter cover and it fill and empties automaticly!!
unfortunantly the pump broke and it only works dry

Is there really no gasket between the machine and the door?
