I think it might be a '50, but I'll let someone really knowledgeable like Mark kenmore 71 answer that part of the question. Whatever year it is, it's not TOL - this is a single-oven range, not a double-oven model. But it's a high-end single-oven model.
The giveaway is the number of large knobs on the backguard. Single-oven models had two - one for the oven control, the other for the minute timer. Double-oven models had three - one for each oven, plus the minute timer.
Also, if you'll look closely at the backquard, just above the right rear burner, you will see a sort of square object just below the bright-metal trim strip. This is a cap for an oven vent. If this were a double-oven model, there would be two of these.
It also does not have the deep-well cooker found on TOL ranges. But it's not a range to turn up your nose at - someone was very happy to get it new.
I am GUESSING its model number will end in 60, like RM-60 or something.
