For a commercial/industrial dryer, it has quite a few options on it such as being able to set the drying temperature from 80F to 200F along with setting the cool down time from 5 to 15 minutes, even have the ability to have the drum turn in a single direction or turn in both directions every few minutes. Even like the thermometer it has to monitor the temperature just to be sure.
