IIRC issue was across the board. Lemon scented Cascade (again IIRC) was staining things yellow. That was problem Weatherby was brought in to solve.

There was a product, Sunlight, that was lemon scented. The lemon scent stayed in my water bottles making tea, etc, taste like it had lemon in it. I discontinued using it.
I find that Cascade complete gel with a little STPP added gives great cleaning, better, in fact, for starch film on pasta & rice pans, than Cascade Boil Out.
