I remember that actress from the 1960's and '70's. I think that's just her voice and her manner, not drunk or stoned.

She was on the Electric Company. Very good.
Recently bought a DVD of the Electric company. Love the theme song. So 70s.

Her persona was great for children because she spoke her thoughts. Very human.

If your republican or have something to hide I'm sure she would make you uncomfortable.

I remember her

she was very big for awhile in the late 60's. Alot of commercials and a tv show if i am not mistaken.

She also had a male side kick too.

I think she might have been one of the mother nature's in the margarine commercial.
