Vintage GE dishwasher on Ebay

They say it is a 1950's dishwasher. It looks more like a
mid-sixties model to me, but some of you may know better.

Very cool - I saw a similar portable one at a sale a year or so ago, it had been used to store Tupperware (a common use for dishwashers that came as a lifesaving gift for grandma) and was a filthy mess.

Is it the photography, or does it look a little discolored in the lower tank region?
