Vintage Panasonic Microwave!

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Those are very cool. I've not seen one in person yet, but seems like others have posted photos of them here when we've been talking about vintage microwaves like Amana Radaranges and such.

Nice score!

Those are different. The Panasonic reminds me of dental office equipment, and the Kenmore looks like a TV.

That Panasonic doesn't look like it would hold much.

My GE microwave blew up almost two years ago; missed it at first, but no longer do. Was very displeased as it was less than four years old, and I had bought the trim kit to build it in when I do the kitchen. Suppose I'll get another at some time.

TOP LOADING PANASONIC MW OVEN

Guy I found the exact same one at a thrift store in Golden Valley Mn a year or so ago, it even looks like the trim on the bottom of the control panel is broken on yours also. Litton also made a top loading microwave around this time but the cheaper Littons weren't that well built and I haven't seen one of these in about 30+ years.

Even though the interior is very small,

about the size of a Stouffer's Macaroni and Cheese, it is surprisingly powerful for its size and age.

In the mid 90s, I volunteered at a social service agency, and that was the model of microwave in the staff lounge. We called it the "Jetson Micro."

Here is a bit different angle, looking down upon the oven that John (combo52) has in his collection.  I've always thought they were interesting and although smaller capacity than the footprint belies and oddly shaped from what we're used to it has a fair capacity.

(Anyone recognize the machine it's sitting on?)

Wow!

Never seen anything like that, I love it!

I have a bit of a thing for vintage microwaves, especially panasonics.
