watching this movie on prime

hello to all aw members i am watching this movie on prime and in one scene of the movie with the lid open you can see a pink washer to help it say holywood 1953 what kind of vintage washer couldit be maytag or frigedair since you only see the lid its hard to know what brand of washer it is and the color is pink

Unfortunately I am not able to view the scene you have referred to...  However, if the setting was supposed to be 1953, a pink washer would be highly inaccurate.  Pink arrived on the scene in 1955.  Hollywood just don't do their fact-checking... LOL

That set in the movie is a pink Maytag set, acquired from one of our own members for the set design.  It is too bad we never get a view of more than the top of the lid.
