Water heater hit 2 years old recently and since I have a water softener, decided to pull the anode out and give it looksee. Scraped and scrubbed at least 80% of the white corrosion(?) off of the rod before taking pics.

What are the opinions, reinstall or replace?

Honestly, I’d install a new anode rod for insurance purposes. Definitely cheaper to replace the anode rod every so often then having to replace the water heater every 7 to 10 years.
