Late to the game....
I only did a turkey breast once, stuffed, right-side up. It had one of those pop-up timers and came out just great though it didn't brown as much as in a regular oven. It was about 10 pounds. Might be something to consider if most of your guests prefer breast meat. (OMG, did I just type that?)
Once in awhile I do an oven-stuffer in it, I've found the suggested times on the label are quite accurate.
I saw on the website that the indicator light bulb is available at Radio Shack, I'm hoping against hope that this is true. I've looked for years.
FWIW, from time to time I check the dial setting vs. an oven thermometer, it's always spot on. I can't say the same for my Imperial wall oven!
