Westinghouse upright Freezer - Vintage ?

I was helping a co worker move yesterday who just was married on Easter. His new wife had inherited a HEAVY upright Westinghouse Freezer from her parents. The freezer had to be about five feet tall. It has three freezer compartments. The top one was a freezer that had those old aluminum like freezer shells you placed your frozen items in. The second and third compartments were wired shelves or they looked like coiled wires. All three had those flimsy thin aluminum doors you pulled down to open up the compartment. I wished I had my digital camera with me to take a photo of what I think is a gem.

I did write down the model number and serial number. Maybe this will tell the age of this item. Westinghouse F-12, serial nunmber 8427257, model number NU-9. I told them they probably had a treasure.
