Westinghouse upright freezer

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Wow - that's a trip down memory lane.... I had this model Westinghouse freezer back when I bought my first house in 1989!  I wasn't aiming for a vintage look back then, but I was sure glad to have a freezer like this.  Odd, but I've not had another vintage upright freezer since then.

Wow, that freezer is both a beauty and a beast!

I'm in the market for an upright and have yet to find anything older than about 1980.   Our 1960 Tru-Cold is stuck in the basement and can't come back out when we move, so I'm looking to replace it with something a little smaller that will live in the garage at our new place.

That Westinghouse is way too huge, but it's vintage like I want.  It looks like freezers less than 30 years old don't even allow enough room to fit a pan underneath to catch the draining snow melt, and don't have any sort of kick panel at the bottom either.  Cheap looking.

I don't want a frost free model.  They're expensive to operate compared to a frosts freely type.
