What happened to Eddy's dryer?

Finally got around to playing with my Hulu acct. and found "AB FAB" a huge favorite. So I started at the beginning, but strange things happened quickly! Season one, ep one, Eddy's kitchen had a matching set of W/D. Season one, ep two, the dryer was mia! As the season went on the cabinet to the right of the washer got fatter and fatter. Where is Sherlock when you need him...

Could it be that she traded in the washer and dryer for a single washer/dryer combo set? Or simply just hangs her clothes out to dry in the garden?
