What is a "WACKY BUBBLE BLASTER" washing machine ?

Found this on ebay.co.uk and it looks like any other plastic twin tub washer with a separate spin dryer only the description says differently...!!!

This is rather bizzare and probably shouldn't remain in this forum....

 

But..... I did a quick search and discovered this "Wacky Willie" has purchased and modified a number of these little twin-tubbers for the "medical marijuana" or hash trade.   It looks like it's for washing or some other sort of "processing" of the "product".

 

It's also interesting that this damaged one on fleabay is $40 MORE than a "new" one from wacky willies website.

 

I know nothing about this world, so it's pretty surprising to me!
