It looks like an interface where you can jumper individal lines to turn on different components in the fridge. You plug the cable into the wiring harness of the fridge, and then plug the little cables into the terminals. For instance, 1 could be the compressor, 2, the defrost coil, 3 the evaporator fan, etc. By jumpering the components in individually, you can find out if you have an electrical problem, or a bad part
