How odd - Im guessing it might be because stacking isnt as common ?

This looks pretty much the same as mine but with the angled panel .

I see you still have 3 topload models as well- obviously they are much more popular over there!

Both the Electrolux washer and dryer are made in Thailand for the Australian market

I think the reason you get the straight front models is that in the UK washers are more often found in the kitchen. Overhere that is a rarity.
