It was a bit of a hike, but I always thought these a pinnacle of laundry appliance design and manufacture; like vintage Marantz tube stereo gear, so I made the drive.
Second to last pick shows off the dent the seller neglected to telll me about, that lowered the price a bit. He also removed the rear panel and lost the screws. I almost lost the timer pointing needle. I heard something fall off while driving. I had to place the unit face down to fit the Saturn. When I got home I realized it was the pointer for the timer that I heard drop.

OH! The penny just dropped... this looks like a dryer that a couple of folks I know on facebook had spotted. Congratlations on saving it!!
