Who do you use for shipping?

Okay, it must cost a small fortune to get a washer or dryer shipped, so who do you use?

More importantly, who do you recommend?

I belong to another board where console TVs are popular. There used to be a father/son outfit in Florida that did good work cheap but they've gone out of business. So we're all in the market for a cheap but good shipping company. Preferably one that will "blanket wrap", meaning they, well, wrap a blanket around the item rather than requiring it be boxed and palletted. Like the way moving companies operate.

I know some people that have had some success with moving large items through this website.Things like commercial signs,cars,car parts,etc.

HOWEVER...when I needed to move a Norge from Indiana to the east coast,no one was willing.
