I can't imagine anyone being able to fill Eva Gabor's heels as Lisa Douglas, but I'll nominate Ellen Degeneres as Ralph the carpenter and Chas Bono as her sidekick Alf.

That would make a cute movie. I agree it would be hard to fill Ava shoes, I just love her accent. When I watch Green Acres, Beverly Hillbillies, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, it brings back such happy memories of my Mom and Grandmother.
