Woods freezer question

A question for the gurus- I have a Woods freezer available locally- model F15NAA. My question is whether this unit is frost-free or manual defrost. Based on what I see online it may be frost free, but the manual says some models come with a defrost drain. I've attached a pic of the data tag.

Well 4.0 amps isn't much so I would go along with not frost free. How about a picture of the interior, that would give a better idea of what you have. Hope you guys are both doing well.

Looking up the model # it appears to be frost free, but few parts seem to available for it. Best to you both.

Yeah, I saw reference to the recall, but mistakenly thought it was something where it could be repaired. According to the notice referenced above... nope! No freezer for us as it was in the seller's mother's house and he didn't even know if it was frost-free. I can only imagine the answer if I was to ask if the repair had been done when the recall was first announced!

Woods All Refrigerator-Freezer

Wow I have the WP version of this that is listed in the recall, I have had it for 8 years and got it from WP as a product exchange because of a Freon leak.

 

My brother fixed it and it works fine, Interestingly I accidentally fixed the potential safety defect by removing the entire defrost system. I trashed the heater, timer, and defrost thromostat. I replaced the 28 watt evaporator fan motor with a new electronic one that only draws 4 watts and wired the fan to run 24-7 this way when the compressor cycles off the fan keeps running and the frost melts and goes down the drain.

 

This ref has worked beautifully for 8 years, it keeps very even-stable temperatures and stays very moist so it does not dry things out at all.
