We made this quiche for a brunch at the cottage. It's what all the hipsters here in Detroit call a savory pie - but call it what you will, it's a light and fluffy custard pie with a flaky, buttery crust. We couldn't stop eating this one!!

 
I could make and eat quiche'

everyday, but I don't for my health.
I've used all sorts of cheeses and fillings. Vidalia onion with crimini mushrooms gouda, guyere, or swiss.
It's even good cold. Maybe I'll make one for the 4th. of July party this year.
