Happy Liberty Day

Our cake decorator made 17 Labor Day cakes with "Happy Liberty Day" instead. When I pointed it out, she said "Oh, well, they'll buy them anyway." Of course, no one did.

I once ran my own network consulting business. I had business cards made up by a local firm. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and they all said I was a "Land Consultant". Luckily I had the original order (as did they) and it clearly said "LAN Consultant" (LAN stands for Local Area Network).

I knew then business wasn't going to be quite as good as I had hoped ;-)
