Zanussi FC1200W

I have found a studio compact machine made by zanussi. Model: FC1200W. What luck i spotted it! When i got it out of the car, i had to plug it in and try the spin program. i can gurantee it definatly needs new bearings put in, i will try to make a video of it on youtube shortly. Well it is in a very bad condition and definately needs looking after. So far, i need to buy a set of bearings, and if i can't clean the door seal, i will grab a new seal to be safe. I have left it filled up with bleach overnight and tommorow morning will try to connect the garden hose to it and do a 90*C Boilwash with bleach. It will have to be a prewash as there are so many bits inside that i cant get of with a sponge. i tried a scraper and that woudn't get it of either. Anyway, i shall post some more onto this thread soon.

I have recently managed to connect the garden hose, and tried program B Without Prewash 40c-90c and unfortunatly the heater did not work so will have take out the thermostat device and clean the limescale of it... Will try to sort youtube channel out, i have just taken a video of it, and am trying to get on youtube to upload video as soon as possible. Excellent!

A Short update if anyone is interested.

This Week I have managed to take the motor out, and stripped all the wiring out out of it. I also had alot of success in getting the fascer off. anyway, i will upload photos soon...

Nice find & welcome to the club!

I allways have wanted this machine to pair up with my candy aquamatic 3! And the only prob with that is I would only have 1 dryer.
