Zenith Stereophonic Phonograph

I recently had my Grandmother's Zenith record player brought back to life. The model no. is B553W. Can any of you phonograph collectors tell me how old it might be? She had it as long as I can remember, and I'm 38. I hope divulging my age helps answer the question.

Sorry no pics, but the case is faux wood grain and it is "portable". For being portable, it must weigh close to 20lbs.

My parents just bought a lake home and we moved the old rca console up there it has such a terrific sound i odered a kit to hookup my xm radio to it cant wait to hear all that wonderful music with rich bass sounds

i just got this late 60's or early 70's panasonic am/fm portable ss radio w/ concealed swing-down turntable.
