Made in Canada, eh. And probably the best consumer grade small heater avalible- Oddly find these in the livestock supplies area of my local farm store. Nice looking little heater with a quiet 4-paddle radial fan to propel the air. Found this company also makes fans including some powered by a Peltier junction when the fan is placed on a wood stove or other hot surface. These fans are made in Canada also.

I was given a new-in-box Patton utility space heater a while back.
They still make this model.
All steel, sturdy, and throws a nice heat out.
Has a low-high heat setting, and thermostat adjustment.
Also has a "tip over" protection to shut it off
Not particularly pretty, but great for my home shop or garage when it gets a bit chilly.

I have the Comfort Zone and Beyond Heat versions of these. Four in total and I may order more. I absolutely love them. The heat is not to hot not to cold and of course everything minus the on switch is heavy duty.

Here is the one I am using right now.

Chet, that heater's basically a copy of the Patton that I have.

It is, but there are some cheapened variants out there. They look the same, but for example the fan blades are in front of the heating coils instead of behind them. Plastic instead of metal handles. Saw tooth mica supported heating elements instead of porcelain hung coils, ect, ect.

Do you have pics of yours?
