Aferim! I always thought this was the best combination: an A702 for all the features plus the versatility the 902 doesn't have and the 90 dryer that is, I believe, the same as the 702 dryer only with pushbuttons instead of a dial.   Enjoy them in good health!

My two Holy Grails An early WP-600 with the two pumps. I have a later one that I cherish but the cycle control is slightly broken because it skips from interval to the next interval without draining so at the end of the wash/rinse period the tank is almost 1/2 full with water.   A 1961or...

The V vintage is my all time favorite. I love those dials and that backsplash. I will do a graphic of that beautiful machine.

Within the 1960's model lineup, the A906, A806, A606, A206 (and maybe the A406 and A106) are the Motors, Pumps ,Transmissions and cabinets(forgetting about bleach dispensers) interchangeable?   Is having two speeds a function of a different motor or is it some external control?

What a shame So many innovative and well-wrought vintage appliance designs got scrapped mostly because customers had limited imagination, willingness to read the product literature (inspiration for the good idea of printing the loading instructions on the door) or simply they were great ideas...
