Miele sure can't be blamed if there are people living in "three piglet style" houses. Here where are not such houses, nobody has this kind of problems no matter the brand of the washer. perhaps the complaining lady should place the washer outside the house on a concrete platform.

Hi. The machine doesn't use a pressure switch but a fluxmeter located in the water path on the side of the machine. The pressure switch fit on the pump is the heating pressure switch. It detects if there is enough water for the heater to turn on.

This is slightly older and one of the last real Aeg machines. Unfortunately mine has a problem with the electromechanical timer and it is no longer available.

We in Italy have exactly this model and it does all the functions you mention included the rinse and spin only. Perhaps is something related to the use in your country which makes them program the machine differently.

My Aeg Lavamat Clara is usually fully stuffed but it manages to get very good results. This is a load of whites and the cycle is the longer available with prewash at 80 degrees celsius. The detergent used is the Miele ultrawhite powder.
