    timer part number for Maytag KA208??

    Can anyone help me with the part number for the maytag ka208 washer, TIMER? I need to replace but the number is smudged off so unreadable. Thanks.

    thanks for the comment. I'll look into it further. By the way...my washer and dryer set is the same one that you see in the "70's" show on tv.

    My Maytag ka208 is about 33 years old and it's NEVER been repaired! And that's 4 kids cloth diapers. It's been amazing but I'm sad to say the timer (I'm guessing) is getting worn out because it slips from one cycle to the next, when it should be ending and shutting off. Question..Is this a...
