i have this same toaster oven and love it,...however the Toast start / stop switch has stopped working I have not taken it apart yet ...but it feels like it just doesn't engage. the oven still works using the Temp dial, so i have been using that . if anyone has any experience repairing...

thanks to everyone here who helped me ...! i finally kinda figured out its a 1978 (?)..and it almost matches the literature as GE DDE0580GAL after getting it apart i realized it was worth repair. everything in this machine is made of steel, built like America was proud to build things...

info help for Mom's 1978 ge dryer..? im trying to identify my dryer model so i can order parts, it will only heat on the low setting, so i guess the high heat coil has failed. it's all original and is still working good.. i need a set of heating element coils for my moms' 1978 ge "commercial"...

vintage" ge dryer.... can anyone help me identify the model # ? ..just the dryer..it says " commercial dryer" 1DC 580 E5W" is the only number i have found so far.. this is still in use...all original...although the high" heat side has failed and im looking to repair the heating element...
