I solved my problem. I called a service guy to find out his rates. I described the problem and he said either the tub bearings went out or a sock could be stuck between the inner and outer tub. I found sock stuck between the inside upper rim of the inner tub and outer tub. Now it works fine.

I have a Maytag A107 that won't spin or agitate. The two belts appear to be okay but the one for the tub doesn't spin while the one for the water pump does spin during the spin cycle. Water will drain out of the inner tub during the spin cycle. Looking at the bottom, I can pull the belts...
