So, I'm reading the quick guide instructions for the washer/dryer combination, and notice when I want to use it as a dryer only - I need to make sure the cold water faucet is on.... Why? Thanks

    1930's Norge Rollator Refrigerator....

Here's a similar design by another manufacturer.... This is from a catalog that I have from around 1936 (I believe). David, your work is amazing! I'm following your video channel - all of your remanufacturing is incredible! From one appliance restorer to another - keep up the fantastic work!

    Electric Outdoor Grill

Hi Gary! I have a Charbroil TRU-infrared Patio Bristo that I have grown to like a lot. I've had it for a year now, and while I can't imagine it even coming close to what I was able to do on my Weber - It has been successful in my situation. As you can imagine, it takes a lot of warm up time...

    Camel colored GE range.

I thought I would share this photo (as bad as it is - it's from my phone) of a General Electric range I spotted at an antique store here in Metro Atlanta. I didn't know ranges came in such a color. It looks to have all the bells and whistles, and I would have explored it a little more - but I...

    Electrochef stove

Would love to see more pictures..... ....of that really fine range. I'm gonna have to look up a little history of Electrochef. Too bad it could never be the center of attention in - let's say some kind of cooking video show or blog type venue. You may consider that to show it off. There...

Here's what has been happening the past couple of days when I check in on Automaticwasher..... I'm running Internet Explorer (don't know what version) on Windows 10. Something else you might need to know is that I have to click the ActiveX Filtering button on the "safety" thingy, or everything...

Did Maytag ever own Norge & sell a Norge with the Maytag Performa series name?

Don't mean to interupt the thread... Very much off topic here... Mr. Goatfarmer; I very much like your avatar! Judith, Keith, Bruce, and Athol We now return to the thread already in progress.......

Oh MY Stars ! If you wait long enough it will come along !

It looks,,,,, restored/painted to me. Not NIB. Hate to be skeptical.... Just seems to be too many scratches on the top where the lid attaches and on the model number label, it looks as if there was masking tape removed covering said label during the painting process...

Cool Universal range with pull out butcher block

brib68 - let me add to, or clear up some confusion.... Landers, Frary and Clark (LFC) was based in New Britain CT., and was there starting originally in 1842. They survived until 1965 when the company was sold/split-up/absorbed by other companies. The largest of these was General Electric that...
