White knight I bought one 10 months ago and sadly its awful too :( worst out of the last 3. Its as loud as a jet engine and I had to take the grill off to stop it vibrating.

I bought one 3 months ago to replace my older bosch which lasted 8 years. It still cleans well but I dont think it will last 2 years. Shame

Well as a life long resident of Merthyr Tydfil, I hope hoover dies a death. Not Many of those are sold in my town anymore !

I find it hard to believe that in such a short time the factory can be in such a bad state. Weird Especially when you consider there is some office staff still based there ?
