Cuisinart Cooking Blender/Ronson There are online video demos for the Cuisinart. The stir function isn't continuous. That is, when you saute something, toast nuts, etc. You have to stay with the machine and keep pushing the stir button. Also, it doesn't appear to be thermostatically controlled...

Ronson Cook 'N' Stir Gasket I checked McMaster-Carr sight and one of their extruded tube fitting gaskets might be a starting place. I'll definitely give them a call. Thanks for the suggestion. The below is a pic a Ronson gasket -

Update: Replacing Irreplaceable Gaskets I believe the solution for me will be to cast a copy with Sorta-Clear food-safe, heat resistant, silicone. This should also work for other non-existent gaskets as well - http://www.douglasandsturgess.com/
