No heat on any cycle. This model really has no timer. It just has an electronic control you turn to Regular, Perm Press, Damp Dry, or Air Fluff. Then, there are buttons to press for the temperature and dryness. So if that is bad...ughhhh.

The ignitor doesn't come on at all. So, I can't even get to the gas valve opening up yet.

relay and click I'm not sure about a relay and I don't recall a click. Usually, once the machine started, the thing would begin to glow within a minute. Of course, there was the whoosh as the gas valve opens and the flame ignites. I'll check around though.
