    Neat vintage blow torch

No, It is a craftsman brand and to pump it up, you push the handle up and down to pump it up, so if think it would be left to loosen it. Thanks but any ideas on removing it?

Yes The metal strain relief works fine. Don't know what I'm going to do about the timer though. Here you can see how it works, it screws on the back panel and two screws along with a metal piece hold down the cord

Ok I never got a belt, but I have 3 HUGE o- rings that serve as the belt , and they're tight enough that they don't slap the belt cover!!!! About the timer: I did get it to work, but there's a major problem: it...

Thank you all For your nice comments, I really hope to get one because the dryer is all in pieces, and it would be nice to have it running, which I could do, maybe if I wanted to take it apart and put it together ... AGAIN (which is not very difficult)

Scary. As combo52 said about the outlet burning up in a 110 volt dryer, like my maytag portable! The person who had it before me replaced a section of the cord with 18 gauge (thin), and it gets very warm while running, and the joint gets quite hot, so I'm probably just going to replace the...
