I agree, it probably is down to space. Your lucky in the UK if you have a utility room so must people seem to have them squeezed into a kitchen or in the garage. Lets face it most people (present company excluded) wouldn't be bothered about owning a matching set thats out of view in the garage...

Its all AEG according to a repairman who fitted the new door gasket yesterday. It was made before AEG started using Electrolux parts. His opinion was if your going to buy a AEG you might as well buy a Zanussi. He's worked on both and says there's no difference.
