The hubby's not only on board now... ...but is running with it. He suggested last night that we find some vintage Tide or other laundry-themed ads, frame them, and hang them up in the laundry room. Thanks everyone, for convincing him that Harold and Madge are worth saving!

Thanks everyone -- you all are truly wonderful! I think I know why the pair are in such great condition -- the owners were already in their 50s when they built our home. I'm sure the set did not get as much use as it would have had with a bunch of kids running around and laundry going all...
