Unfortunately, the 9300 does not have a prewash cycle. It does have the sanitary cycle though.

I have had this Duet for about 16 months. I was on Whirlpool's website reading the online manuel about machine care and it says there is a cleaning cycle if you press a series of buttons that it sends a high volume of water through the machine to clean it. I tried the code the manuel gives and...

SO does anyone have any opinions on which agitator cleans clothes more thoroughly. It looks to me like the would be the up and down motion agitators.
