servis Steve, what was wrong with your miele and what model is it? i have a 10 year old W834 , 3 year old NAVITRONIC W 2888 and 2 week old W3923. The 10 year old one is doing 12 washes a week on average for 10 years now without any service callout yet. Lets see how the newer ones perform!
