    New old Hotpoint dryer uk

Cheers guys Thanks for all the positive feedback. I was sitting here and thinking I need an excuse to have 2 dryers then I realised. No I don't. It's aw.org lol. If anything I need more. I may have the matching washer to go with it. Don't wanna jinx myself but if I so it will be plumbed in the...

    New old Hotpoint dryer uk

It even came with the original venting kit as well so both dryers are now vented out of the back of the summer house.

    New old Hotpoint dryer uk

Hi guys. Not posted for a while but thought I would share with the group my new dryer I picked up yesterday. I was getting tired of the new dryers and them breaking after a few years so along with my trusty white knight I now have a reversematic hotpoint which is great. Doesn't take long to dry...

Advice needed please whirlpool 10kg dryer

Hi This dryer doesn't work off a normal plug. It has to be hard wired to a 30 amp connection because of the high current using 6mm cable which is probably why they are not very common here as it would need a whole new installation were as normal UK dryers work off the 13 amp plug and can pretty...

Advice needed please whirlpool 10kg dryer

Totally baffled. I checked the thermal fuse on the meter and there's no break. It's fine. Anyone got any ideas on common faults on these dryers. It was suggested that the start switch might need replacing but getting one in the UK is a bit tricky.

Advice needed please whirlpool 10kg dryer

Hi guys. Not posted in a while. Picked up this dryer the other day and it won't start. There's power going into the machine. I've had a multi meter to the switches and all seems to be fine but nothing. I done a quick check to see if it had a thermal fuse but can't locate it. I've repaired 100s...

Washing Machines being made in the UK again - Ebac

Split tub design I must not have explained myself properly. The split tub design is a stupid design where the whole tub has to come out of the machine where as beko have the tub come away from the from like the older hotpoints which are far easier. I do apologise if I made myself sound thick as...

Washing Machines being made in the UK again - Ebac

I read a few weeks back they are only going to produce 2000 a year. I also seen the way they are put together with the outer tub being split design. Which personally I'm not a fan of. I prefer where you can clip the drum off from the from. Oh well. Only time will tell how good or bad they are...

Tricity Bendix WDR1030, is broken and gone :(

I had an Indesit like that but in white. It was a nightmare. Lasted 15 months in total. The motor failed after 13 months so I replaced it. Then the timer went. It just kept going around and around. So I changed that as well. Then the heater packed in and I give up with the machine.

Washer Dryer Combo : Beko vs Candy vs Indesit

Beko I've had two beko washers now. First one had three years of heavy use and never missed a beat. It's in my brothers now as I bought a larger drum beko and again it's been faultless. Great choice of programmes and not silly hours and hours of wash times. I can't comment on the beko dryers as...

Replaced the beko with another beko

Hi. I think mine was a dodgy one from day one. The board was replaced within a few months and before and after it would just stop mid cycle and you would have to reset the machine as you didn't know how far through the cycle it had gone before it froze. Apart from a whirlpool machine back in...
